I would absolutely recommend these renters and this rental property to anyone. It is clear that the Eckstines take great pride in their residential properties. The house is beautifully maintained, and they were always very proactive with any need we expressed. We never waited more than a day for problems to be addressed, and they were always great with communication. They are hands down one of the best people to rent from in the Southern Franklin County Area.

This Midway Community is a great option for someone who feels that housing costs in America are not reasonable. Moving into a single-wide, I studied many constructed home parks, and I noticed a trend. Family-owned communities are better, and this one is 2 generations. The Park is very nice. The rent is very fair. Their treatment of this new tenant was very flexible and professional. I feel certain that I found the perfect location. Also, every chain business I need is within 15 minutes. This is the most conveniently located park in the 3 states I searched: NY, PA and WV. It reminds me a bit of My favorite movie: "It's a Wonderful Life" with multiple generations ensuring affordable housing for their community and resisting constant offers from profiteers that every park gets these days.

I was a resident of Midway Mobile Home Community for twenty years and just recently moved away. My experience with Charlie, Sue and Krista was always pleasant, helpful and professional...I highly recommend this park for anyone who is considering living there, as it primarily consists of owners who take care of their property and community at large. There are reasonable regulations to keep the properties presentable and up to code, and the common areas were always well-maintained. The lot rent was always very affordable in comparison with other parks.
